International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries worldwide.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays, inspections, duties, or taxes are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Missing, Damaged, or Not Received Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and any relevant details so we can review the issue.

Please note that damaged outer packaging alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the product itself is undamaged.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. In this case, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request proof of delivery. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date may not be eligible for review.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order.

Once your order has started processing or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to update it once the order has started processing.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
