At Ariellera, we believe lingerie should feel beautiful, confidence-boosting, and effortless to shop for. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to help.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unworn, unwashed, complete, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility

Ariellera accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
The item must be returned in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain attached and intact
The item must be complete, with no missing pieces, accessories, straps, or components
Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be provided

Returns showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, damage, makeup marks, deodorant marks, stains, missing tags, removed hygiene seals, or missing components may be declined.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that do not meet the above conditions.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Inspection

Once your return is received, it will be inspected before approval.

Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method.

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be declined. Denied returns may be shipped back to the original sender at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note that customs delays, carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or delivery issues outside of our control are not valid grounds for a return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed, we will assist you with the best available solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Bundles and Sets

Items sold as part of a set or bundle must be returned in full. Partial returns of sets or bundles may not be accepted.

All pieces, straps, accessories, and components included with the original order must be returned together.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
